Stoney Ridge Animal Hospital is a CVO accredited Companion Animal Hospital that opened in May 2001. Dr. Tracy Brooks joined our clinic in the summer of 2008, and purchased the clinic in March 2013. We offer a range of services to help you look after your pet. This includes bloodwork and other diagnostic testing performed in our in-house laboratory, X-rays, and hospitalization for medical treatment or surgery when needed. Of course, we also offer important preventive health care services including examinations, vaccines and parasite screening (like heartworm testing).
ACCREDITATION: The licensing body for veterinarians in our province conducts regular on-site inspections of our premises. This process is designed to protect you and your animals. It ensures that our facilities meet specific standards set out by our profession including equipment requirements, proper patient record-keeping, safe drug storage, medical reference library and orderly and sanitary premises. Meeting these standards can require significant investments in time and money.
